MSI GT62VR Laptop purchased from Alza.cz

I've bought the laptop last year in November. It was slightly used but still working.

I've used it for a couple of months, but the fans were broken ( managed to fix them with MSI Support by installing bios, vbios, etc )

The laptop stopped working altogether 1 month ago. I've sent it back to Alza, it came after 3 weeks with "declined due to mechanical damage to display".

The guy who investigated the laptop at alza before sending it to service didn't notice anything wrong with the display.

I've argued a bit with them over phone and e-mail ( not being unpolite but threatening with authorities ) and they send me back some pictures with the inside of the laptop. It had some oily liquid inside but i didn't put anything in it. The liquid as i see looks more like overheading than anything.

They should offer either money back or laptop repair/replacement.

To be honest it doesn't need to be any sort of polite, it just needs to get the laptop changed or repaired. Worse case scenario - money back.
